farm to table

As summer gives way to fall, I’m increasingly aware that these types of meals are on the endangered species list. So before they bid us adieu for the season, here’s to a tasty, low-maintenance farm to table meal. Freshly picked sweet corn (Peter’s Pumpkins & Carmen’s Corn), edamame (Swede Lake), and good old fashioned BLTs (B = Sunshine Harvest Farm, L = Kingfield’s Pheng Yang, T = Peter & Carmen) on Sunstreet’s beer bread.
